We offer several ways for you to place an order:

Online

For all major credit cards we offer the service of using PayPal.

Mail Orders

We accept money orders and/or business checks through the mail. Nothing will be shipped until checks have cleared our bank.

Include the following information with mail orders: name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, name of course, and any other comments that you wish to add.

Shipping:

Cost - Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to an additional $3.95

Fitness Courses

Home Study

Our home study courses are shipped in 3 - 5 business days after your order is received. Our shipping method for this is 3 Day U.S. Priority Mail.

Online

After enrolling in the online course(s), you will receive your login user name and password by automated generated e-mail. After completing the course(s) and receiving a passing grade, you should receive your certificate packet within two weeks.

Supplements

If you order any supplements with a home study course they will ship together. All other supplement orders are shipped the in 2 - 4 business days after your order is received. The shipping method for this is 3 day U.S. Priority Mail.

Fitness Courses:

Home Study

With our home study courses we offer a 100% 30 day money back guarantee IF the course is received within the 30 days of date of purchase AND there is no damage to any of the books. EXCEPTION: The PT II home study course only allows for a 70% refund -- the manuals with CDs/Videos are NOT refundable. Any refund will be minus the cost of damaged materials. If the returned course is returned after the 30 day time frame, we will return the course back to you without the refund. Any product MUST BE RETURNED to us BEFORE a refund is issued.

Supplement Materials:

Manuals with CDs or Videos are NOT refundable.

Online

Our online course(s) are non-refundable. Please understand this before you enroll. It would be too easy for someone to enroll, receive their login information, print the material, and then ask for a refund. Even though we would like to, we are not fortunate enough to offer this study and reference material for free. We also do not offer refunds if you are not hired at a specific fitness center.

Supplements

We offer a full 100% 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, simply send the unused portion back with a written request. Once again we need to receive the unused portion and your request within 30 days of receiving your order. If a shipping charge applies, you will not receive a refund for shipping charges incurred to deliver the product to you.
