Can you count on others during and after you have completed the course? Will they help you to find employment?

During the work week we offer a toll free telephone number. You can e-mail for support 24/7. If you need help on the exam, designing a client's routine or anything else, send us an e-mail.

Will AFTA's course prepare me for employment at a facility or to become an independent trainer?

Our courses are focused on both options. We simply leave it up to you!

Who are some of AFTA's trainers/instructors? What pool will my name join?

Many are club owners, independent trainers, M.D.s, PhD's, physical therapists, bodybuilders, nutritional counselors, while others are fitness enthusiasts or newcomers to the industry hoping to help and give something positive to others. Many of our trainers in listed in our database.

Do others have a section on its site that gives a spotlight to trainers?

We offer a database, feature a special instructor every month, and have a section to showcase your writing talents!

When you submit the exam for grading you want the results and your certificate soon.

We will notify you by e-mail within 3-5 days for online courses upon receiving the exam. Your home study course exam results will be e-mailed to you in 5 days from when we received the mailed in exam. On top of that, your certificate packet will be mailed out to you within 7-10 business days.

Are you nervous about not passing your exam?

We give you a total of 12 months to complete the exams. If for any reason you do not pass your exam, you can retake it up to 2 times at no additional cost!

What if I order the course, receive it, and then feel that it is not right for me?

We are the only fitness company to offer a full 100% 30 day refund on our home study courses with the EXCEPTION of the PT II home study which carries a 70% refund. Don't take our word for it. Please check other companies and you will find out for yourself.

What will be the title on the certificate? Will it state that it is a distance learning certification?

Our certificates will not say "online" or "home study".
