Calcium

Liquid Calcium is a special form of calcium that is absorbed and used more easily by the body. Liquid Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body, making up nearly 2% of total body weight. Calcium is found mostly in the bones, but it has equally vital roles in other parts of the body. Many enzymes that control body processes depend on calcium in order to work properly, as do the nerves, heart, and blood-clotting mechanisms. Calcium is required for nerve transmission throughout the body.

Liquid Calcium raises the body's resistance to cancer, bacteria, viruses and parasites. It can calm the nerves and muscles and also help with sleeplessness. The lack of calcium leads to a host of diseases and degenerative conditions. Liquid Calcium with added Vitamin D3 is the addition to aid calcium absorption. Taking enough calcium with regular exercise will help teenagers and young adults to build stronger bone and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life. One of the most important uses of liquid calcium is to prevent and treat osteoporosis, the progressive loss of bone mass to which postmenopausal women are especially vulnerable. Liquid Calcium is gaining recognition for its role in preventing cancer, relieving symptoms of PMS, and lowering blood pressure.

Although daily intakes above 2000mg do not seem to provide any additional benefit, adequate calcium with Vitamin 3 intake is more important.
